Jenifer Kobylarz is a visual artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work explores abstraction and repetition through paintings, ceramics and works on paper. She has exhibited in one person exhibitions at the Edward Thorp Gallery in NY, Richard Levy Gallery, Albuquerque, NM (Two person), Galerie Elisabeth Mitisch in Vienna, Austria, and Galerie Panza Verde in Antique, Guatemala. Her work has been included in numerous group shows at Lennon Weinberg Gallery, NYC, DC Moore Gallery, NY, and Eugene Binder Gallery, Marfa, TX among others. Her work has been reviewed in the NY Times, Artforum, Art in America and the New York Observor.
In addition, she was chosen to represent the United States for British Airways "Utopia Project" where 25 artists from around the world artwork was translated onto their fleet of airplanes.
Her paintings have also been translated into large scale rugs for the New York based rug company Warp & Weft.
